Go Outdoors, said to be UK's biggest outdoors store is having it's "price demolition" sale. For example, the Regatta Sidetrack Mens Trail Shoes which was normally priced £32 now costs only £9.99. That's more than 30% reduction.

Got these cheap sandals from Matalan. Really comfortable, they only cost me £3/

It not looking good for the retailers here in the UK. According to a report on the BBC site, retail sales here fell 3.9% in June, after a slight surge in the previous month. No wonder there are sales all the year round but the problem is that not many people are biting the bait.

This is one of the worst figures since 1986.

Interestingly, the sales in the non-store retailing and repair sector sales rose by 6.5%. According to the report, this indicates that "people are mending their existing products rather than buying new replacements".

Get branded stuff for less prices at TK Maxx. It depends on your luck though.

Look at this Emporio Armani sunglass which originally cost £100. Got it in TK Maxx for only £29.99.

Harrods is having a sale - upto 50% on several items.

The sale will go on till the 26th of July, 2008.

Bought a Timberland shoe for only £19.99. The original price was £65. That's a massive reduction of nearly 70%. I was tempted to buy more but kept myself in check.

I also bought a Samsonite Dothan shoulder bag for £10.50 (original price £25.90).
